My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and beautiful, were a bit dark and located at the back of the hotel. On the bright side, they were new and impeccably clean. The service from the staff was friendly and flexible, making our stay memorable. However, there were some minor issues with the housekeeping. The location, right on the beach and offering loungers and shade, was peaceful and served its purpose, but being on an island near Cartagena had its limitations. Unfortunately, the dining experience was very poor, with limited choices and cold food, which was a big let down. On the upside, the facilities were decent, although the hotel lacked some Dutch products that were expected.
